Accommodation Charges

Prior to reservation or moving in, residents are required to submit a refundable security deposit, non-refundable establishment fee, and monthly accommodation fee, which includes a one-month advance payment adjusted in the final month's fee. The monthly fee, advance payment, and establishment fee are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

A mandatory three-month lock-in period begins from the admission date, during which residents commit to staying within the premises. Food charges are included in the residential accommodation fees and cannot be waived.

The first month's charges must be settled before check-in, with subsequent monthly rentals due by the 5th of each month. Late payments incur charges post the due date.

Failure to pay by the 10th day of every month may lead to immediate eviction, forfeiture of the security deposit, and potential legal action.

Residents are expected to stay until the completion of the lock-in period to maintain stability within the community.

Early vacating requires a one-month notice, provided there are no disciplinary issues. Full payment of fees for the lock-in period is necessary before vacating to be eligible for a security deposit refund.

Fees remain non-refundable if a resident vacates prematurely or does not fully utilize the accommodation.

Security deposit refunds are processed online within 60 days of vacating, contingent upon settling all outstanding dues and returning issued items in good condition. Room inspection and certification by the facility management team are mandatory prior to vacating.

Extensions require prior written approval and may incur charges to accommodate individual circumstances and operational requirements.
