Pets : No pets are allowed inside the hostel premises.

Room Inspections : Hostel staff may perform room checks without prior notice to ensure compliance with our standard

Parcels and Shipments : The hostel is not responsible for lost or unclaimed parcels. Residents are expected to collect their deliveries promptly

Food Storage : Store all food securely in appropriate containers to prevent pests. Dispose of perishable items promptly.

Property and Equipment : Items provided for common use must be maintained in good condition. Charges will apply for damaged or lost items.

Room Access : Service personnel may enter rooms as required for maintenance, under supervision for safety.

Keys and Security : Residents are responsible for their room and almirah keys. Unauthorized lock changes are prohibited.

Visitor Registration : All visitors must register with the reception and comply with hostel security procedures.

Health and Safety : Report any communicable diseases immediately. Medication should only be taken as prescribed by a licensed physician.

Internet Usage : Internet speed and access may vary. Usage may be monitored and regulated.

Ragging : Ragging is strictly prohibited and punishable under law.

Conduct : Behavior that disrupts the peace, both within the hostel and in the surrounding community, is not allowed.

Respect for Diversity : Respect others' religious, cultural, and personal beliefs. Harassment of any kind is not tolerated.

Substances : The use, possession, or distribution of tobacco, alcohol, or narcotics is forbidden on hostel premises.

Gambling : Gambling and betting are prohibited.

Conservation : Use water and electricity judiciously. Report leaks and damages immediately.

Feedback : Participate in feedback sessions to help improve hostel services. Voice concerns or suggestions through designated channels.

Maintenance : Rooms may be entered for maintenance even if the student is absent. Keep valuables secure. Cleaning Services.

Personal use of housekeeping staff is not allowed. Requests for cleaning must accommodate staff availability.

Timely Payments : Adhere to payment schedules as specified in your resident agreement.

Payment Issues : Address rental concerns through the proper channels. Non-payment may result in denied exit with possessions from the hostel.

Property Care : Keep your living spaces clean and intact. Vandalism will result in severe penalties, including financial responsibility for damages.

Furniture and Equipment : Do not move or tamper with communal property without permission.

Entry and Exit : Follow hostel timing regulations. Special permissions must be obtained for late or night-time entries/exits.

Emergency Procedures : In emergencies, cooperate with hostel staff and follow instructions for your safety.

Kitchen Etiquette : Do not bring pantry utensils into rooms. Consume meals in designated areas unless explicitly permitted otherwise.

Internet Conduct : Accessing prohibited content such as pornography or pirated materials is forbidden.
