Millennial Premium Living is providing managed hostel and co-living accommodation for students and working professionals.

Admission is subject to availability and management approval. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in cancellation of admission or termination of stay without refund. All residents must comply with hostel rules, code of conduct, and policies issued from time to time.

A booking is considered confirmed only after payment is successfully completed through the officially approved payment system and a confirmation is issued by Millennial Premium Living. Residents must verify their booking and payment status immediately upon receiving confirmation. Millennial Premium Living shall not be responsible for assumptions of booking without official confirmation.

All hostel fees, deposits, and charges must be paid exclusively through the RentOk platform using the official payment link provided by Millennial Premium Living. Cash payments, direct bank transfers, UPI payments to personal numbers, or any other unofficial payment modes are strictly prohibited. Payments made through any unauthorized channel shall be treated as invalid, and Millennial Premium Living shall bear no responsibility for such transactions. No official receipt or confirmation shall be issued for payments made outside the RentOk platform.

Fees may include accommodation charges, food charges, a non-refundable establishment fee, and a refundable security deposit, as applicable. The one-time admission or establishment fee is non-refundable. Fees must be paid in advance as per the agreed fee structure. Delay or default in payment may result in penalties, suspension of services, or termination of stay.

Hostel fees once paid are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated otherwise in writing by management. Security deposits, if applicable, shall be refunded after checkout, subject to clearance of all dues, no damage to property, and compliance with notice-period requirements. No refunds shall be issued for early vacating, non-usage of facilities, or disciplinary termination.

Residents must serve the applicable written notice period as communicated at the time of admission. Failure to serve the notice period may result in forfeiture of the security deposit or additional charges. Rooms must be handed over in good condition along with all issued items at the time of vacating.

Residents must comply with the Rules and Regulations and Code of Conduct published separately on the Millennial Premium Living website. These form an integral part of the Terms and Conditions and may be updated from time to time. Violations may result in disciplinary action, including termination of stay.

Any damage to hostel property shall be recovered from the resident. Millennial Premium Living is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

Millennial Premium Living reserves the right to terminate accommodation without notice in cases of non-payment of dues, violation of rules, misconduct or illegal activity, breach of payment terms, or use of unauthorized payment methods. No refund shall be applicable in such cases.

Resident information is collected solely for operational, safety, and legal purposes and shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

By making payment through the RentOk platform, confirming admission, or residing at Millennial Premium Living, the resident acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
